I have found that the reading comprehension tests in achiever, top score, kaplan, etc, are not nearly as hard as real thing. Does anyone know where you can get reading comprehension tests that parallel the difficultly of the DAT?

I heard MCAT cracker is very helpful.

I wouldn't use MCAT review materials to study for the DAT. There are many threads on this topic and I would search them - However, the main idea is that the MCAT verbal reasoning is very different from the DAT reading comp.
The MCAT VR requires a lot more critical thinking and you will hardly ever find answers to questions within the passage, while this is no the case with the DAT RC. While using MCAT study materials will train you to think critically, you do not really need to do that for the DAT, and you will also not be in the habit of looking for the answers in the passage (which you do need for the DAT). Hope that made sense... good luck!

My RC sections were very basic on the real thing, so you should not have too much of a problem.

Just doing as many practice DAT RC sections as you can get your hands on. Good luck!
