Is there any difference between the branches and the amount of the stipend amounts? For some reason, it seems if different recruiters keep quoting different stipend amounts. This question may seem silly, but I am looking for clarification because sometimes recruiters simply just get carried away.

The recruiter may have been estimating next year's stipend. They reevaluate each year.
