What's a good book or info material to read for ICU questions on Step III. I kinda need to brush on the ICU material.

There were, at best, a mere handful of ICU related questions on Step 3. No vents, no drips that I remember. Time spent studying for the minimal material covered would be better spent on outpatient minutiae.
