Any Pharmacy students from class of 2011?

I haven't really found any minorities in the pharmacy program on these threads so I have decided to reply to you. I am in the process of taking the PCAT and apply to some pharmacy programs. Can you please tell me how your process went.

I'm a Hispanic female and was accepted to UT pharmacy class of 2012. Honestly, I don't think my app process was different that for anybody else. I got 91% composite on PCAT, have overall GPA 3.4, sci GPA 3.7.
I think it's great to read that more and more minorities are becoming interested in joining professional health programs. I've lived in Austin, TX my whole life, but I'm really hoping to do a lot of work with underrepresented populations all over the state--mostly in the Rio Grande Valley.

Hey I am Asian and will be applying to pharmacy schools soon. I will also be transferring to a historically black college this summer, and was thinking about starting a prepharm club for underrepresented minorities. Anyone know about any info, stats, etc. regarding this theme? How does the makeup of minorities look in the field of pharmacy?
