Its an average-below average program. There are 2 affiliated hospitals. One of them remains closed post-katrina. The location of the other hospital is in a neighbourhood which is not the safest in NO, so from what I've heard most residents/staff commute from outside NO.

I have no idea about the attendings or the program director. I also heard that the current program director will be the next chief of the department in a few years, so thats good news.
