Is it just me, or is achiever paper folding really really hard. This is one area I thought I was really good at (kaplan, barron's, cliff's were all easy).

I really want to know how achiever pat folding matches up with the real deal. My pat score is literally depending on paper folding, cube counting, and aperture passing.

Achiever PAT is exceptionally hard, more so than the real test. Do not worry if you are struggling with achiever, but if anything it will better prepare you since some of the questions on the DAT will seem easy in comparison.
