Hi all,
We are conducting a survey and starting a registry in order to have some basic demographic data available when the various boards asks us "so how many EM/CCM docs are there and what do they practice?"

Until this, we only had a word of mouth "feeling" what and who we were. Now the field has grown and we need a better handle on our own specialty.
