anti aromatic compounds have 4n pi electrons

Although, I think rings that are bigger (certain Annulenes I believe) that have greater than 12pi electrons aren't anti-aromatic cause their ring structures are more flexible.

i think the general consensus is that the bio has become more random,but the chem and orgo have stayed the same. i took it in sept '06
