No. Only the department heads and higher ranking officers have their own rooms. As a dentist, you will share a room, usually either with on other dentist or medical department officer. Every once in a blue moon, when someone transfers off the ship, you may have the room to your self for a short time, but it is usually quickly filled.

since i am a big nerd, i was wondering if there is a library on a ship. what about an education center where I can take some classes if I feel bored?
