GPA 3.5
Four years as dental hygienist (BS not AS degree)graduated from Baylor Dent, two as OMFS assistant.
Outstanding LOR's. 12 schools applied to, all applicable to "average" scores, etc.

Thoughts?

I think you're in good shape. Yeah...the 16 in OChem...

But, you're got experience! And a solid GPA. Solid PAT Score! Awesome Reading!

I'm sure you'll be hearing from some of those schools!

I think you have a great chance of getting in. Your experience outweighs any weak points you have on your DAT's, and your LOR's solidify your acceptance. Your gpa is solid too. :) Good luck!
