I just got my Board scores: 204!!!
Thought I got in the mid 230's. Any chance of getting into an ENT program? If not, what can I do with such a measly score?

Unfortunately, your chances are low, very low. The average score of someone not getting a residency in ENT last year was 213.

Having said that, I am a firm proponent of going after what you want in life. If I were you, I would be very proactive in applying to other fields at the same time.
