Hey everyone, I am a junior presently and i took my DATs sept 26th. I did it because in my sophmore year i just finished o chem and a functional development class and they were both major topics on the science section so i figured why not take it while they are still fresh. My scores were

Bio 18
Ochem 19
gen chem 19
QR 18
RC 20
PAT 22
TS 19
AA 19

I have a 3.83 gpa currently (hopefully it doesnt change). Am i ok having taken the DATs now and hoping to apply for the 2009 entering class. Do i stand competetive for that year or do i have to take the dats in that year ?

I would love everyones feedback.

As long as you get your scores in within the 3 years from the time you took the test (DAT scores normally expire within 3 years), you should be good.

Nice Job. Those are all consistent scores with your strong gpa.

It is good that you took it early. I did the same, one year in advance. This saves a HUGE amount of stress when you are actually applying and also gives you room to retake the exam and still apply early in case you mess it up.
