What is a major concern in occupational therapy would you say?

I think the general lack of knowledge to the public on what an Occupational Therapist actually is and does and the confusion with distinguishing an OT from a PT is one. My family still has a hard time understanding even with my many explanations.

For those who are already OTs or in OT schools, what is a main concern within the profession that you feel?
