I'm curious if anyone knows of any solid community based programs, perhaps where IM is the unopposed service? I've applied to many of the usual suspect academic programs, but my situation is "complicated" and I'd like to add a few community based programs to my app. I'm really mostly interested in working as a Hospitalist anyway, and if I can find a program that will give me great experience outside of an academic setting, I'm interested in checking them out.

So . . . any dark horse community programs?
