Don't know if anyone has noticed this previously . . .

Just looking at the way some programs have downloaded things from the ERAS "postoffice" . . . and there seems to be more than one program (Mayo, MN most notably for myself) that will only be downloading 3 letters. Too bad . . . I've got three clinical letters and one research. Would have prioritized a bit differently if I'd have known, just happened to put that research letter in the #4 spot.

I know most folks here have already sent out their apps, but I suppose for those who have not yet, or may be adding programs, if you have four letters, attach what you think will be your strongest three first, and attach the fourth letter when you know if they'll look at it. Or if you are like me, make sure that research letter gets in with the first three.

Really? Then I wonder why they've only DL'd three . . . heads up anyway

When we contact the ERAS postoffice, we get everything waiting in the queue. We can't control this, can't prevent a fourth letter from being downloaded.

It is possible that they downloaded your app with the 3 letters, the 4th letter was assigned later, and they have not yet again contacted the postoffice.

Yep, forgot a checked box on two programs after getting that letter.
