Found this a bit weird! A program i am planning on interviewing at in NYC in Jan sent me the interview schedule for the remainder of the season including open slots now what was weird is that the schedule has the names of all the persons interviewing on the various days at this program. Does anyone else interviewing at any other programs ever received such a schedule?

it sounds like the program sent you that email by mistake.. you may want to contact them and find out if that's what you were supposed to receive.

I WAS scheduled to be interviewed at that program, it's just that my date wasn't confirmed yet. Anyways i sent them an email because what made matters worse is that they had my name spelt incorrectly in the email for the day i was to be interviewed in january, now i know that people can have similar sounding names and what not and i just didn't want to turn up at an interview only to find out that it is a different person with a name spelt almost like mine they meant to interview on that day. The program assured me that it was me and that it was a typo, that ends that....the response was pretty quick too i might add....

one program that I'm interviewing at has an online scheduling calendar that also has all interviewee names on it. It was not a mistake in this case.

just practice honors policy in this regard
I've gotten an interview schedule disclosing names of people and I've gotten a couple of mass emails with a load of names of people being rejected (along with myself)
whatever you do, it is best just keep the email confidential, cuz that is what is expected of you.
good luck
