I was wondering if there are a good amount of jobs out there where the practice has more individuals and therefore less call (better than 1:6) and willingly less money per individual. Any particular good hookups in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana?

you can certainly find low call jobs out there in every state especially if you are willing to take a pay cut. just get through med school and residency first.
