How important are clinical grades in the whole scheme of things? If you get Highly Satisfactory as opposed to Honors will it make a huge difference?

Clinical grades are extremely important, particularly the grade in the field you want to go into. Work your tail off to get honors and good letters. This will help considerably when applying for highly rated programs.
