I have mild Congential Dyschromatopsia. Will this interfere with my ability to become an ophthalmologist?

If it's mild and you can see hemorrhages and primary colors, then you should be okay.

I know of multiple ophthalmologists who are deuteranopes and are working just fine. The biggest problem they have is actually with pathology slides.
