So, I've had an exhausting interviewing season. I've been meaning to send out Thank You cards, but been too busy until now to get to them.

1. Is it too late to send em out?
2. Should I instead email the PD telling him I will rank them #1? Is this a violation of NMRP policy?

Thanks.

1. I suppose it depends when the interview was. I don't really have anything insightful to say about that.
2. From the looks of these postings for the past 2 weeks, it seems most students at least think this is the proper thing to do. My dean and a faculty member at the place I want to go also both recommended it.
2b. No, this is not a violation of NMRP policy. This has been reiterated here numerous times.
