I'm wondering if anybody knows of any good resources for tuning up my EKG skills in preparation for intern year. I've gone through the Dubin book in the past but am looking for something more case-based and focused on interpretation of pathology. Thanks!

Garcia's The art of 12 lead interpetation is a great book. Then there is also, Pure Practice for 12 lead EKG by Purdie. And I bought Basic Arrhythmias by Walraven at a medical library book sale for cheap and like it as well.

BIDMC has a neat website with 360 EKGs. They present the case and the EKG, and then you click to see the answer. I liked it a lot.

Ken Grauer has a little pocketbook of EKG cases. He also has a pretty neat pocketbook for ACLS cases.
