Yes, I used the Self Study Guide by UTMB (second one listed). You can skim through the whole thing and do the questions and will have no problems.

Here is the information from the TMB website:

Texas Medical Jurisprudence by Fulbright and Jaworski, and its companion, Texas Medical Jurisprudence Study Guide by Lolly Lockhart, Ph.D., R.N.

The book and study guide are are now available for purchase from the Texas Medical Association by calling 1-800-880-1300 or the TMA Online Store or through the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association by calling (512) 708-8662 or 1-800-444-TOMA.

The Texas Medical Jurisprudence Examination: A Self Study Guide is published by the Institute for the Medical Humanities at the University of Texas Medical Branch.

The study guide is available at Majors Bookstores in Dallas and Houston or by contacting Donna Ray at the Institute for the Medical Humanities at UTMB at (409) 772-9400.
