what have people heard about mayo's IM program? I heard the hospital is very nice, but haven't heard any details on the IM program there?

From their web description sounds like a reasonably benign program and they seem to emphasize the lack of scutwork!?

Top notch program in all respects. EXCEPT: location. That's probably why it seems to be a tad less competitive than other top notch programs. If you don't mind living in rural minnesota for 3 years, then it's certainly an excellent place to learn.

have you guys heard anything about the other mayo programs?

apparentl, the other mayo programs are little community hospitals, as opposed to the huge academic center in Rochester.
