Hey guys, should i use the old 38 ATP value stressed by Gold Standard or the New ATP value of 32/glucose stressed by TPR? Does anyone know which value is actually used on the real MCAT?

They will not explicitly ask this unless it was hinted in the passage. This has been discussed several times and I would suggest that you should do a search. Second I think you mean 36 vs. 32 ATP in eukaryotes. (38 are for prokayotes and do not correspond with 32)
