hydrogen bond much weaker then covalent bond, they are comparing a single hydrogen bond with single covalent bond.

i believe it goes in order of ionic, then covalent, then intermolecular attractions like hydrogen bonds, van-der waals, etc

covalent bonds are intramolecular while h-honds are intermolecular bonds. therefore covalent is stronger than h-bonds. i think ur confusing the fact that H-bonds are the strongest intermolecular force not the strongest overall force.

ionic (intra) > covalent (intra) > H-bond (inter) > dipole-dipole (inter) > Dispersion (inter)

Not exactly, it is possible for hydrogen bonding to be stronger. The ranges for each overlap.
It CAN be so, but you really can never know.
