Hi, I took NBDE Part 1 recently, I hope to get good %. Could any one tell me the next thing to do in the admission process ?

I am now try to get TOEFL....Could anyone give me some idea about TOEFL....I need to finish this within 4 weeks...is it possible ? How ?
