Yes, there is - the function is called Subscription.

Under the main forum page, click the tool bar linked labeled Forum Tools and Choose "Subscribe to this Forum" from the drop down menu. It will ask you to select how and how often you want to be notified of new threads.

You cannot select for only job postings, thus ANY new thread or response to a thread here will generate a notification to you.
