Hi. I'm in my early 30's and this will be my second time applying for Dental school. Below are my 2 DAT scores: feedback would be much appreciated.

June 2007 July 2008

PAT 16 20
Q.R. 15 16
R.C. 16 18
Bio. 18 20
G.C. 16 18
O.C. 20 23
T.S. 18 20
A.A. 17 19

I have a cumGPA 3.65, scienceGPA 3.7. What are my chances of getting into the schools below. I probably a bit older than most students applying this year and a bit more desperate as i can't afford to spend another year out. I would appreciate everyone's feedback/comments to the fulllest. please tell me what you think. If you think i need to retake my DAT, then this what i may have to do to get in for 2009.

Applying to:

Arizona
Loma Linda
NYU
Temple
UNLV
Western Univ. Health sciences.

Again...some solid well thought through responses will mean gold to me! Best wishes to all who are on this journey.

peace,

Don't retake, but apply to more schools... like 5-10 more.

Your GPA is great and your DAT is average for acceptance. As long as the rest of your apps are solid you should be good to go.

great DAT improvement btw
