ok so I am a little less nervous about the PAT now because I used to suck at it, but still for those who recently took the DAT and used the crack PAT, do you think that getting 22 on the 5th test of crack pat is a good news or I should not be so hopeful and excited? please let me know. the only part that I messed up was some angles and some TFE. let me know what you think?

be excited and confident...getting a 22 on crack is a great accomplishment...now push yourself until that 10th test and try to master it all and get above 22

Yea keep pounding away it really helps make sure to reinforce it and its consistent and the real dat will be just like practice but be sure to keep at it and dont get over confident yet

Osims- you take the 9th? I took it today, man cube counting was crazy. Once I figured out the tiny illusion in the first figure the number of cubes per figure was nuts!

How many days and how many hours per day did you put into studying for PAT? and any tips or advice

the hardest thing for me on crack dat is the angles. Everything else seems decent...I guess I need to look at a few hundred more angles and try to get the hang of it

I think 5th was the easiest test...keep taking more tests and try to score higher and higher GL!!!

I think crack PAT was very easy except angle ranking.
Barron was much harder than crack when it comes to
top-front-end, key hole....etc.

If you can consistently make 22s, you're in good shape.

to predentole,

I did not study much for PAT, so far I have been just taking the tests and then recently I started doing two things differently.
1) I started going backward on holepunch problems rather than forward meaning unfolding the paper. this helped for harder hole punches.
2) for pattern folds I stopped folding and trying to see which one does not work rather I started eliminating answers and realized that looking at edges connected helps.

also everyone thanks for input, unfortunately I bought the one with 5 tests so I either have to take those again or buy the others but do you guys know if you can buy the next 5 separately?
