hey on dat achiever test 1 organic test #72, on the question asking which one is not aromatic, why is choice D the answer. Isn't choice D, anti-aromatic. Sorry don't know how to post the picture on here but if anyone can run the program and check it out it will help. I thought choice E was the answer since if there looking for a non-aromatic cpd, choice E gives a non cyclic structure.

I know, that puzzles me too. If you count the lone par electrons, you get 10 Pi.....but then you are no longer have a conjugated system. SO i dont know....unless you move one of the lone pairs into a bond and change the resonance. What do you think?

With 10 Pi, you get an aromatic compound.
