I am planning to apply in internal medicine the coming year.

So if any of you has the information as to the residencies in internal medicine that are easier to get into with scores around 90 and some USCE(onservership in clinical and research side for 6 months) kindly share it.

I am looking for H1b visa offering programs preferably.
