For those who interviewed at Duke...where did you stay with regards to hotels?

I stayed at the Millenium which was a pretty good deal if you don't have a car. They have a shuttle that will take you just about anywhere when they aren't busy and service from the airport for a little extra.

i stayed right next to the hospital--only like a 3 minute walk. It was called "university inn" (pretty sure) it was pretty cheap like 65 bucks or so. not many amenities if you dont care, but nice room. dont stay far if you dont have a car--bigger hotels will have shuttles though. Oh, and cab fare is ridiculous --like 28 bucks just from the airport. i took the bus which was like 1.50 but it took me almost an hour to get there, so leave time.

You might also want to try to use hotwire to look for hotels in the area..... I got a hotel for around 50 with the fees and taxes. Good luck.
