Undergrad years that's 4 no speeding up ok, but what about Medical School or Ophthalmology Residency (I doubt this one can be rushed over MS though)?
I love this and I'll stick with it to the end but if there is a way I can finish this anytime before my 30's believe me I will take that shot.

the most likely thing u could shorten would be undergrad actually. That's if you have lots of AP or IB credit for advanced placement. Med school and residency, as far as I've ever seen are unchangeable (unless extended due to remediation) because certain competencies are required in each year. There are six year combined Bachelor-MD programs that'd save you two years...but those are few and far between

Not only are the 6 year programs few, they are getting fewer, as schools drop them for a wide variety of reasons. Some MS have programs where you can skip your first year and go right into residency, but it only applies to their own FP residency, so it wouldn't really help you much.
