Should I get one, both, or neither of these books?

Pocket medicine is pretty good.
I've never heard of the Tulane handbook.

Pocket medicine plus UpToDate and Epocrates is a pretty unbeatable combination.

i also like pocket medicine. i've never seen the tulane book, so can't really comment on its usefulness.
