Hi there: I'm looking at Chicago area residencies (both IM and FM) and was wondering if anyone knows of good quality community hospital IM residencies in the area (or, alternately, programs to avoid). I'm interested in primary care, ultimately.

Haven't seen any threads posted on the topic in awhile, so I thought I'd bring the topic up myself. Anyways, any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I would recommend Evanston Northwestern Healthcare (former affiliate of Northwestern - recently changed affiliation to University of Chicago). I've posted a few times about the program - also feel free to PM me with specific questions.
