How common is it to find an ulnar nerve H reflex on an adult 27 year old patient? Is it even possible? If someone has any articles that mention it I would really appreciate it. Thanks

You see it in newborns, rarely in normal children or adults. Finding H-reflexes in nerves/muscles other than the tibial/soleus is felt to be suggestive of a CNS disorder such as a cervical cord or brainstem lesion. Was the patient otherwise hyper-reflexic?
