15. Why is carboxylic acid more acidic than ketone, aldehyde, or alcohol.

1. When the carboxylic acid looses it proton it will have resonance stabilization meaning it's conjugate base is very stable, therefore making the carboxylic acid more acidic. Ketone, aldehyde, and OH don't have resonance stabilization.

2. Name the thing as found in tundra biome?

maple

3.

an enzyme binds to the receptor on a membrane and causes a cascading effect, what is that called? Induction.. This usually happens when we have an enzyme (any protein) binds to the cell memebrane. But steroids will go through the cell memebrane to relay the message. usually making a mRNA or other stuff.
