hi there.depends upon what u want to do in the future.
1] prostho is good if u want to practice as a specialist ,i m not sure if all US states will allow u to practice without DDS,but i m sure some of them will allow u to take their licence exams and practice in the field of prostho.
also it is a good option if you want a career in academics in a dental school.
again if u want to go back to yr country ,it is a good option as it will open many options for u .[i am assuming u are a foreign trained dentist].
2] if u want to live and work as a dentist in the US, 2 year program for DDS is good.It will let u practice in any US state ,after u take the licensing exams accepted by thst state.ofcourse the tution fees that u will have to spend will be a lot more.

i would consider the following :-
1]what u wwant to do in future
2] cost associated with both the programs, tution and living expenses
3]the school
4] and ofcourse yr individual circumstances like family etc, which only u would know best .
Good luck ! hope this helps!
