crack dat math : 6^4 x 2^3 x 3^-2 answer is 3^2 x 2^7

i don't know where to start with this one..
it's been awhile since i've had exponents. is it likely to find these kinds of q's on the dat??? i'm trying to prepare for everything but just wondering what others opinions are. also thank you to everyone that has been answering my q's on here! i really appreciate it!!!

6^4 = (2*3)^4 = 2^4 * 3^4.
So you have 2^4 * 2^3 * 3^4 * 3^-2.
2^4 * 2^3 = 2^7 (You add the exponents)
3^4 * 3^-2 = 3^2.
Answer is 3^2*2^7.

Jeeez Im soooooo screwred for QR portion of DAT. I just dont have that mental aspect of OH use this! Or DONT solve, but MANIPULATE! :eek::scared::eek::scared:
