Thanks for your help again. Would you rank Case Western or Jefferson higher? And why :)

I would rank Case >> Jefferson. Case was (I don't know if they are anymore their research funds has decreased over the past couple of years or so) in the top 10 as far as NIH research funding (if that's important to you). They also matched pretty well last year. I don't know anything about Jefferson, but I did interview at Case and felt like it was a solid IM training program. The PD is really nice and the residents seem pretty sharp. The university hospital is pretty nice as well! Anyway, good luck with the two!
