I saw in another post that UTSW only matched 5/12 in GI in 2007 and 5/6 in 2008. Does anyone know if this is accurate? If so, it would probably affect my rank list. Thanks!

This is what i heard too that GI matches for UTSW are not as strong as they used to be few years ago. But I am not sure if it is a credible information or not. Someone from UTSW care to share?

There is a new IM PD at UTSW, Carol Croft, MD - she's a former UTSW IM resident herself. And UTSW is getting a new $1billon hospital to replace Parkland.
