Can anyone give me any info on why one would be better than the other, ie: What is their reputation, learning experience, etc.
I am having a very difficult time sorting out my rank list, but in particular I keep going back and forth on these two as tow which I should rank first. Can anyone please help and give me a compelling argument one way or the other? p.s. Safety at Downstate is not an issue for me.

I'd go for Einstein: better organized, better benefits, better teaching. Donwstate good attendings, good cases but...there's something missing. I do not know what. Cohesion.
