I am currently enrolled in a Kaplan class, and I plan on taking my MCAT in April. I attend the class twice a week for three hour session, and I just can not find enough time in the day to do the class prep, review, optional tests, and study for my school classes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

How many classes are you currently taking, and are you working; what else are you doing? I am in a similar situation< I am taking Princeton Review Monday-Thursday (7-9:30) but I normally get there are 5:30 to study. I also work on some weekends and I work full time.So I definitely understand that dilemna.

If you are not ready by April, don't take it. See if you get switch your test date to another one, i.e. a month later, in May, or even June. Additionally, try to extend your Kaplan access so you have time to study between the end of spring classes and your test date.
As far as prioritizing review material goes, make sure you have done all (or almost all) of the AAMC practice exams before your test date. I'd wager that the section tests will be more useful to you than the topical ones, if that saves you any time at all.
For me, I spent a lot of time studying over holiday breaks. For instance, spring break is coming up soon, and back in my day I pulled 50-70/hr study weeks during times such as those.

Are you going to school, taking a review course and working full time?
