Does anyone know many post bac program for dental students? How do most of them work?
What is the rate of acceptance of getting approved into the Dental School the following year.

Many of the regular programs can be flexible around a pre-dental schedule - if they don't explicitly say one way or the other, you can always call and ask.

False - Barry does not have a linkage. It is known for getting several students into NOVA but understand there is no linkage and no guarantees.

temple just started one. the old director from PENN is leading the one at temple. if you have a 3.3 undergrad and 3.3 post - bacc and a 18 in all sections, you get automatic admission to temple dental. same thing for med school - except you need 3.3 undergrad, 3.5 post -bacc and 30 on the mcat

Tufts has a Dental track for their Post-Bacc and you can also apply to linkage with their dental school.

Also if you are looking for MS programs UMDNJ-Newark campus has a SMP affililiated with it. The link is in the SMP List 2009 thread in the first post. that has separate medical school and dental school classes so caters to each one's needs.
BU has an ultra competitive Oral health track to its BU MAMS program for dental students.
Tufts MBS is also catered for dental students.
Each of these schools has dental schools.
Nova has an MBS program or something like that and has a dental school nearby but if Barry's links to the dental school at Nova that should be ok too.
EVMS MBS at their medical school takes DAT scores so they may be geared to help for dental admissions.

Well I know that the University of Cincinnati SMP program had someone who got into New York University Dental School after completing their program. I don't know about linkage, but if you're just going to apply to Dental school, I think you might want to consider UC next year.

that is a good point. And I know I've personally read all people who did Ucincy seemed to like it a lot from what I've read on SDN. Plus its small and more personal then bigger programs and cheaper too. More like EVMS.
