Hi all,

It is a question from ACS chemistry.
ACS says that 1,1-dichlorocyclopropane is not meso isomer but I don't trust ACS answer keys anymore so I want you to check if it is really not meso.

Can someone verify this?

THanks in advance..

that would def. not be meso because it doesn't even have any chiral carbons. rite?!

Gotcha... I was only thinking about the plane of sym.

Thank you so much!

if the compound is 1,2 dichlorocyclopropane, then, it's meso compound
