Hilarious. He makes it seem that 10-20 cataracts per week will just fall out of the sky and hit us on the head. Free $$$, oh yeah. Unless you got a massive referral network, you'd have to see 200-400 patients/week to generate that volume. I'd wager that most ophthalmologists do less than 250 cataracts per year.
He hardly seems like the "happy" hospitalist.

Plastics guys don't bill Medicare if they can avoid it. When they do work for Medicare money, it's for peanuts.
