just started optha rotation and i got this case of a 17-day old baby boy presenting with bloody discharge on his left eye. external inspection showed white sclerae, (-) conjunct. injection, and no apparent injury or wound elsewhere in the head.
according to his mom, he just had bloody discharge at 17 and 19 days old which spontaneously stopped when they wiped it away.

prenatal and birth history were unremarkable for infections or birth injury/trauma.

im totally new to optha and i'm looking at traumatic causes only, any other possible etio for eye bleeding? thanks!
