Can anyone recommend a good "how-to" cataract surgery book?
Thanks in advance.

Seibel's Phacodynamics is a good cataract book. Chang's Phaco Chop is also a good book and comes with a DVD. It's more about that specific technique and Phacodynamics helps you understand some of the properties of the phaco machine and why/how/when to change parameters.

Essentials in Cataract Surgery by Bonnie An Henderson is a very good book to have. They give that book out to all the 2nd years who attend the Mass Eye and Ear course.
