Factors other than your GPA and MCAT will matter. How are your ECs? Have you done any research? How are your rec letters? Do you have a great personal statement?

You definitely have a shot at some of those schools, although none are "safe". If I were you, I'd add some "safer" schools to the app list.

I will also say this: I love Dartmouth and I'm sure the rest of the schools on that list are great places to learn medicine. In the end, however, it doesn't really matter where you end up for med school. All allopathic medical schools in the US range from "good" to "excellent." I'm learning the same material here as my fiancee is learning at SUNY-Upstate med school. Some of the other opportunities are different at the two schools, as is the learning environment, but the medicine we are learning is the same. I chose Dartmouth because I loved it and she chose SUNY because it was the cheapest. Both of us made good choices.

Besides the LizzyM score, also look at the bottom 10th percentile for sGPA (BCPM) and be sure yours lies at or above that number.

That's an absurdly top-heavy list for someone with a 4.0/42 and a rec letter from Jesus. Include some schools that aren't as selective, and you'll be in good shape, assuming your EC's are strong.

EC's Setup Clinic overseas, shadowing 2 docs 200hrs, hospice/nursing home 2yrs, no research. LOR have been told by adcom are outstanding and PS is above average. Safety schools are Texas. I don't know if not having any research will kill me or not. Had 1 interview on safety school but waiting for more.

Considering the "Top Twenty" are very big on research, I'd say you shouldn't plan on much attention from the highly-selective schools on your list. It isn't too late to add more mid-selectivity schools.

Your clinical experience looks good. How about Leadership and Teaching, or any unique hobbies?
