Based on numbers you have an excellent chance of passing the screening process, but you give so little detail about your ECs, that it's hard to judge their sufficiency.

A few of the SUNY med schools should definitely be one your list (and will most likely be the cheapest options if you get in).

I couldn't help but notice that you are a Dartmouth student, what do you think my chances would be of applying there? Would it just be a waste of time and money or do I actually stand a solid chance?

Your GPA and MCAT are slightly below average for an accepted applicant. Thus, there are many med students here who have lower stats than yours. Your ECs are pretty good, so it will just come down to whether you have a really good PS and rec letters. Dartmouth is a school where the adcoms work really hard to try to get to know the whole applicant beyond just GPA and MCAT score, so a lot of the unquantifiable factors in your application will come into play. If I were you, I would put an app in and see what happens.

Let me know if you get an interview. Good luck!
